Roblox Corp is an American video game developer founded in 2000 but went public only in March 2021.

Soon after that, in June 2021, the National Association of Music Publishers filed a $200 million lawsuit against RBLX.N, accusing the company of violating copyright laws. The company responded to the lawsuit, stating that such allegations are unfounded and will challenge the claims.
