Broker

A broker is an individual or firm that acts as an intermediary between an investor and a securities exchange. Brokers execute orders to buy or sell stocks, bonds, currencies, and other financial instruments on behalf of their clients, charging a fee or commission for this service. They may also offer additional services such as financial consulting, asset management, and market research. Brokers must be licensed to operate in the financial markets and are often regulated by government agencies to protect the interests of investors.
